Payments:

Credit Cards may be used for the security deposit but the balance must be paid by check or money order

Deposits and Cancellation Policy:

For a deposit refund, less a $100 fee, cancellation is required 30 days or more prior to arrival date. For cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.

We will make every effort to reserve the unit you have selected, however we reserve the right to move you to a similar unit should the unit you have selected become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control.

Terms:

Check- In time is 3:00 P.M. Check-Out time is 11:00 A.M.

A 1/2 day charge is required to guarantee a late check-out.

All rates subject to 11.416% Hawaii State Tax $200 deposit is due within 14 days of confirmation to secure reservation. Homes require a 20% deposit Full prepayment is due 30 days prior to arrival and 60 days prior to arrival for Christmas reservations.

Minimum 4 night stay or service fee will be added. Maui Beach Walk House requires a cleaning fee for out-cleaning (which will be added at time of booking).

Check out cleaning is included. Maid service is available upon request at an additional charge.
